Bid to use business building as a home is rejected
Norwich City Council said the proposals for 4 Unthank Road "failed to provide an acceptable standard of outlook and privacy" for those who would live at the premises opposite St John's the Baptist Cathedral.
Planners for the council also said: "The development fails to provide suitable and well-designed external amenity space to the front or rear of the property."
