Swarms of ladybirds spotted in homes across Norfolk

With summer now firmly behind us, the temperatures have begun to drop and the insects have been trying to find somewhere to spend the winter.

After the cool end to September and start to October, ladybirds have spent this week, which has been warmer, trying to find shelter for the next few months.

People have seen large groups of ladybirds gathering around the windows and windowsills inside their homes.
