Norwich scientists working to save crops from ravaging insects
BugBiome hopes to save crops such as potatoes and sugar beet from harmful sap-sucking aphids, using a bioinsecticide made from microorganisms found in plants.

It comes as new regulations are forcing farmers to reduce the amount of chemical insecticides they spray on their crops.
The agricultural sector is searching for solutions - and the scientists at BugBiome could now have found the answer.
