InsuranceDekho and RenewBuy have completed their merger, with InsuranceDekho founder and CEO Ankit Agrawal leading the combined entity under the InsuranceDekho brand.

The merger combines the two companies’ complementary geographic reach, distribution networks, technology capabilities, and insurer relationships.

The combined platform has a premium book exceeding ₹6,600 Cr, more than 6 Lakh digital partners, and coverage across 98.57% of India’s pin codes.
