Charlie Palmer, of Shortingate Road, Thetford, was found guilty in his absence at Suffolk Magistrates Court on April 15 for driving without due care and attention and reversing a motor vehicle unnecessarily.

On Friday, August 23, 2024 CCTV operators spotted a black Audi A3 driving across the pedestrian area of Cornhill, appearing to be in pursuit of two people on foot at around at around 12.30am.

The Audi then contravened........
