Inspiring nurse achieves dream role helping babies after starting out as housekeeper
Leanne Howling began working as a housekeeper at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital in King's Lynn in 2012.
Now, 12 years later, the 41-year-old is a registered paediatric nurse on the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU).
Initially, Ms Howling's role as a housekeeper involved keeping the NICU tidy and well-equipped.
However, her admiration for the care given in the unit ignited a deeper interest.
