Excelsior - one of the last surviving Lowestoft fishing smacks - proudly flew a town pennant in each port she visited, acting as a nautical ambassador for the town's rich maritime heritage.

The vessel was welcomed home last week during a special reception at the Royal Norfolk & Suffolk Yacht Club on Royal Plain.
