The airport is expanding its destination map with a mix of short-haul options, including the arrival of a major international carrier.

Turkish Airlines will begin operating from the Essex airport on March 18, flying to Istanbul up to 15 times a week. This will offer onward connections to 353 destinations across Asia, Africa, and Australia.
