The two-storey property, near Catton Park, has been vacant since May 2022 and was last occupied by printing business, Signs and Graphics.

Issues around adequate natural light in the rooms and nutrient neutrality led to a previous application - and subsequent appeal - being dismissed by Norwich City Council in December 2023.

Norwich-based SCK Developments, who submitted the previous application, is hoping to rectify the concerns raised so planning can go ahead.
