After losing seven-month planning battle businessman may be able to keep decking
Norwich VR Escape Room, in Oak Street, was told it must remove its canopy and wooden terrace after losing its appeal to the Planning Inspectorate earlier this month.
The row between the business and Norwich City Council, began in June last year, and escalated so far that the council appealed to close the business down altogether.
However co-owner of the site, Stefan Markovic, claims Norwich City Council were soon in touch after the decision, confirming he could be put in a new planning application with an approved design.
