Action taken by N&N to improve site safety after patient falls from balcony

Investigations were launched last month after a man - a patient at the N&N - fell from the internal third-floor balcony, inside the East Atrium.

It is believed he landed on an unsuspecting woman who entered the building using the first floor entrance on December 12.

Now, after an internal investigation into the incident the hospital said it had taken steps to increase people's safety.
