Caroline Harvey is a florist who runs La Belle Flowers in Thorpe End, to the east of Norwich.

She decided to slim down after the wedding dress she loved was unavailable in her size.

Despite the shop assistants thinking she was "mad", she bought it anyway and joined the Thorpe End Slimming World Group in January 2024 to help her on her journey.
