The Wandering Whelk in Holt is on the market with Paul Hubbard Commercial.

The business has been trading since 2019 and is described as "well-established".

It sits in a two-storey building in Chapel Yard, off Albert Street, which offers more than 40 internal covers and 20 to 30 covers in the courtyard outside.

The business is offered for sale with all fixtures and fittings included, with the exception of the coffee machine.

The premises are held on a nine-year lease from 2019 at a current rent of £15,600 per annum, and the landlord is willing to discuss terms for a new lease if required.

The courtyard area is rented separately at around £150 per month.

The café, which remains open, currently trades in daytime hours and is run by a team of six part-time members of staff.
