Martin McConnell, an army veteran, died at the age of 58 during a speed trial at Tibenham airfield.

An inquest into his death concluded on Thursday, with a jury reaching the conclusion that the tragedy had been an accident.

Now, dashcam footage captured from the moments leading up to the crash can be revealed.

It was taken from a BMW driven by fellow participant Prodromos Lazarou, who was using the runway at the same time as Mr McConnell.

The footage shows Mr Lazarou pull across the start line and accelerate, before Mr McConnell's motorcycle is shown speeding past.
