Father, 25, took own life after son was taken away and placed in care
Ashley Scaife was found unresponsive in a wooded area off Longwater Lane close to his home in Costessey last year.
An inquest into the 25-year-old's death held last week heard that he had become a father at the age of 18 and had been raising his son on his own.
But his mental health spiralled after allegations made against him by a family member - which were never proven - saw his son placed into foster care.
His mother, Kerry Scaife, told the court the claims had "torn the family apart" - and left Mr Scaife devastated.
At the time of his death, Mr Scaife was allowed to see his son for just a few hours a week, while the youngster had previously been living full-time with his father and Mrs Scaife.
She told the court: "His son was his whole life. He could not go on living without his little........
