Norfolk Police said they are still investigating the incident that occurred just after 11pm on October 14 last year, when a green Mini Countryman collided with a parked car on Barnard Avenue in Great Yarmouth.

The impact pushed the first car into four others, flipping it onto the path and leaving a trail of destruction.
