Councillors have granted a late-night refreshment licence to the company for its restaurant in Norwich's Mousehold Lane, which will mean it can operate 24 hours a day.

The proposals had triggered opposition from people living near the Sprowston site, who raised concerns about potential anti-social behaviour, noise and light pollution.
