Hundreds of farmers and rural professionals are expected at the annual event on February 11, hosted by the Royal Norfolk Agricultural Association at the Norfolk Showground.

Organisers have unveiled a "huge line-up of industry-leading national and international speakers", including Daniel Zeichner, Defra's minister for food security and rural affairs.

Firstly, the changing requirements of the food supply chain will be discussed in a session featuring Ash Gilman, agricultural strategy director at pork and poultry producer Cranswick, Vidyanath Gururajan, agri-tech CEO for potato packing........
