It was announced on Friday that Premier Attractions Ltd has acquired Pleasurewood Hills from Looping Group, the French leisure operator that has owned the Suffolk theme park since 2011.

Premier Attractions is a family-run company owned by the Stokes family. Based in Salford and incorporated in 2017, the company manages amusement rides and attractions in the UK, the Middle East, and Asia.

The company's three directors - Davis, Frederick and Spencer Stokes - are all 'travelling showmen' by occupation.

Frederick Stokes is also a director of a trio of other ride companies registered at the same Brookdale Park address as Premier Attractions: Big Bee Events Ltd, X L Rides Ltd, and Euro Rides (Asia) Ltd.
