India announces ‘Padma Awards 2025’ honoring excellence

On January 25, 2025, the Indian government unveiled the recipients of one of the nation’s most prestigious honors-the Padma Awards. These awards, which recognize outstanding contributions across various fields, are among the highest civilian accolades in India.
