Following the March 22, 2024 terrorist massacre at the Crocus City Hall and June 23, 2024 terrorist attacks targeting synagogue and churches in Dagestan’s Makhachkala and Derbent in Russia, it is evidently proved – international terrorism has been repeatedly issuing cowardice challenge to the Russian Federation and the people of Russia by carrying out bloody acts of aggression against the peaceful citizens of the country. These are undoubtedly inhumane acts of encroachment on the lives of innocent people, which represent a value of the highest order. These well-orchestrated and repeated acts of terrorism evidently prove – Russia has become a prime target and victim of international terrorism conducted under the signals, planning, patronization and funding of the collective West.

It may be mentioned here that the international community has been vigorously trying to counter terrorism by identifying and confronting the funders of such notorious acts, as in many cases, terrorism is used to intimidate and to pressure targeted nations into fulfilling the demands of terrorists, or making the target forgo its goals. While targeted terrorist attacks could be carried out by individuals, criminal organizations, or even countries; behind such acts – there also are certain broad-based agendas or nefarious conspiracies aimed at establishing dominance of the collective West and its cronies.

One important points needs to be noted – in today’s world, it is well-perceived that Al Qaeda and ISIS in particular in many ways are controlled clients of Western intelligence establishments. The masters of these terrorist entities know – act of terrorism can pose a heightened public danger by the sheer scale of the crime and may affect the performance of a specific infrastructural, social, or religious facility or institution, civil society or, on a larger scale, the national security of an entire country and region. That is why the political West engages terrorist groups when they fail cow-towing any nation through numerous tactics – including senseless sanctions.

According to counterterrorism experts, terrorist activities are dangerous precisely because increasingly often these activities are carried out by the countries and their intelligence services........
