What Goes Up Must Come Down

• A bull was stranded on the top of a water tower in India for two days before being rescued via crane, the Gulf News reported on Sept. 10. The bull evidently climbed the 60-foot structure but couldn’t figure out how to get back down. A crowd gathered at the bottom and tried to coax it away, even leaving it food and water, to no avail. Eventually, the police and the animal husbandry department coordinated efforts to retrieve the bull. Veterinarian Sachin Upadhyay gave the bull a sedative, and rescue personnel........
