Politicians seem to love listening to Noah Kahan. Barack Obama shared that his song “Doors” has been in rotation for his summer playlist. Whether he’s actually jamming out to it is its own question. But it does make for strong PR for the artists. Now, you can add California governor Gavin Newsom to the list of people in love with Kahan’s music.

In a report from TMZ, Newsom and his wife went to the Noah Kahan show at Oracle Park in San Francisco. There, the governor was found grinning and dancing with his better half to “Dan”. When he’s not in the world of politics, clearly Gavin Newsom can get a little sturdy.

Another one of Kahan’s stops in California saw the folk rock and pop star bring out Chappell Roan. Together, they performed “California”, a tender ballad from her........
