Vegans. You either love them or you want to run as soon as they start talking. Science just gave them one more thing to be smug about—and this time, it’s actually kind of hard to argue with.
A study published in Recent Progress in Nutrition by researchers at the University of Helsinki and the University of British Columbia found that eating more plants can change how attractive people seem in a few very literal ways: skin, body odor, and body composition.
The researchers were hoping this might actually motivate people to eat better. People don’t change their diets in hopes of a health benefit they’ll see 20 years........
