Albany is rife with talks of new development, sparked by Gov. Kathy Hochul’s $400 million investment plan to revitalize the city. These projects are exciting, and even vital. But the question remains: What will keep Albany growing once the ribbon cuttings are complete? What industry will anchor the city’s future?
