New Delhi: A landmark defence agreement between India and France for 114 Rafale fighter jets, estimated roughly at $39 billion, is unlikely to be announced when Prime Minister Narendra Modi travels to Paris on June 13, despite the two countries discussing some of the deal’s most contentious terms, The Hindu BusinessLine reported.
