New Delhi: A day after an investigation by the Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) revealed that a Rapid Action Force (RAF) jawan fired at least seven rounds from his pellet gun, with five rounds hitting peaceful protesters, a general diary entry filed at the Parliament Street police station shows that the RAF fired two rounds from an anti-riot gun on the directions of a Deputy Commissioner of Police (DCP). The Delhi Police had claimed last week that reports of police use of pellet guns against protesters were false.
