The Nameless One tried to warn us about radical Islam coming to the West. I think he also accounted for home-grown terrorism that embraces radical Islam (even if people don’t fully realize it), and in fact this is what we should be wary of most…people who don’t know the violence their speech can ignite, people who siphon their hatred through what they perceive as a cause (with a hidden violence all its own).

In the early morning hours of January 10, 2026, fire engines arrived at Beth Israel Congregation in Jackson, Mississippi as flames shot through windows and smoke filled the synagogue. The unmistakable signs of a deliberately set fire were present. 

Authorities confirmed on January 11 that the cause was indeed arson and announced that a suspect had been arrested, 19-year-old, Stephen Spencer Pittman.

According to authorities, Pittman admitted both to law enforcement and to his father that he deliberately started the fire, targeting the building because it was Jewish and using language that reflected an antisemitic motive. He is now facing arson charges at the state level that include a hate-crime enhancement, as well as separate federal arson........
