Fresh off a record-breaking deployment in the Middle East, the carrier is expected to continue operations in the Pacific for several more weeks before returning to San Diego. 

The United States Navy’s Nimitz-class nuclear-powered supercarrier, the USS Abraham Lincoln (CVN-72), conducted joint operations with Royal Australian Navy (RAN) warships in the South China Sea following its port call to Thailand earlier this month.

The warship, which departed from Naval Base San Diego on November 21, 2025, spent much of this year deployed to the Middle East supporting US combat operations against Iran. As a result,........
