The suicide bombing at an imambargah in Islamabad, was not merely an act of terror; it was a calculated assault on Pakistan’s social fabric. The outrage that followed, from political leaders at home to governments abroad, rightly framed the attack as a direct strike against humanity itself. Such unanimity of condemnation reflects both the gravity of the crime and the clarity of its intent: to provoke fracture where none should be allowed to form.
