Srinagar: Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha on Sunday said that terror recruitment in Jammu and Kashmir has become “almost negligible,” asserting that sustained counter-terror operations have eliminated top militant commanders and significantly weakened the terror ecosystem in the Union Territory.
