As Glastonbury kicks off, I’m choosing comfort over camping
Taking place this weekend, against a backdrop of global unrest, is Glastonbury, the world-renowned music festival that, for many, represents a joyful escape from reality.
Every year this five-day festival showcases a rich variety of acts – from mainstream pop stars to independent artists, catering to most if not all music tastes.
Given the current climate and strength of feeling surrounding escalating events in the Middle East, I imagine Belfast’s controversial rap trio Kneecap will strike a chord with a particular segment of the crowd.
