President Trump’s decision to bar three news outlets from the White House will face a court test on Wednesday, as networks stand in solidarity with CNN, MS Now and Politico.

Trump, during a Tuesday meeting on the sidelines of the U.N. General Assembly (UNGA), deflected on whether the White House will follow the ruling if the district court judge rules against his ban. The hearing is scheduled for 3:30 p.m. EDT.

The Justice Department in a late Tuesday filing pressed the judge to drop the case, arguing access is a “privilege.”

Meanwhile, the president has threatened renewed action in Iran as the war nears the seven-month mark. Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian is set to address UNGA on Wednesday. Other notable speakers today include Venezuelan leader Delcy Rodriguez and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky.

Later Wednesday, Trump will greet Chinese President Xi Jinping at Joint Base Andrews. Xi will be in Washington for a three-day state visit as fears around rapidly evolving artificial intelligence mount. Sen.........
