(NewsNation) — Defense Attorney Kevin Reddington said he would request the jury be sequestered in a new trial for Lindsay Clancy.

Speaking to reporters, Reddington said he would ask the judge but noted that sequestration isn’t common anymore.

“I’ll request it, we’ll see what the judge does,” he said.
