(NewsNation) — Cornell University will not be sharing the six-page victim report from an alleged gang rape at a fraternity party in 2024.

“Cornell University Police shared a lengthy police investigation report with the Tompkins County District Attorney’s Office. Any questions about the report should be addressed to the DA,” a Cornell spokesperson told NewsNation.
