Vice President JD Vance took a jab at two of the networks that President Trump banned from the White House during a Tuesday event for his fraud task force with Dr. Mehmet Oz, the administrator for the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS). 

“I have my notes here that I’m supposed to take questions from CNN and Politico. Anybody from CNN and Politico here? No? OK,” Vance said with a smile.

The comment elicited a laugh from Oz, who stood behind him. The vice president turned to give the CMS administrator a thumbs up. 

Trump announced in a Friday Truth Social post that he was barring CNN, POLITICO and MS NOW from the White House, “as a result of their constant ‘reporting’ FAKE NEWS.” 

The president did not provide a reason for the timing of this ban, telling........
