Are the Taylor Farms recalls connected?

(NewsNation) — Taylor Farms, a major produce supplier, has been at the center of two outbreaks that have been affecting various foods sold in the U.S.

Taylor Farms has been in the news after being linked to a cyclosporiasis outbreak. Cases of the “explosive diarrhea” bug have been reported in 47 states across the country and have sent hundreds to the hospital. Health experts say not all clusters have been linked to the same source.

Batches of iceberg lettuce were recalled due to the outbreak and had also been linked to Taco Bell, which is facing a lawsuit over serving the lettuce that was supplied by Taylor Farms.

Most recently, in a separate case, the supplier has had to recall multiple products containing jalapeño peppers due to a salmonella........
