Ty Cobb: Trump ‘a 2-year-old who lost his toy’

Former Trump White House lawyer Ty Cobb compared President Trump to a toddler whining about losing a toy, arguing the president’s election fraud claims are rooted in his refusal to accept his 2020 defeat.

Cobb, in an appearance on MS NOW ahead of Trump’s primetime address, said the president has spent years trying to shape election rules ahead of November’s midterms.

Asked about his previous remark that Trump is “stacking every card in the deck,” the former White House lawyer pointed to the president’s executive order targeting mail voting, which placed pressure on the U.S. Postal Service ahead of an election and has faced several setbacks in court.

He also cited rhetoric from those within Trump’s inner circle, including former White House adviser Steve Bannon and acting Attorney General Todd Blanche,........
