The House Freedom Caucus has announced the creation of a new political action committee designed to boost the fortunes of conservative candidates through early candidate support and strategic fundraising. 

The Freedom Caucus Fund is dedicated to supporting members of the House Freedom Caucus and will replace House Freedom Action and the House Freedom Fund. 

The news comes as Democrat wins this past weekend in two special election runoffs in Texas, including flipping the long-Republican District 9, bring renewed focus on how conservative organizations and leaders are preparing for the midterms, now only nine months away.
