Mental health isn’t a trend. It’s not a buzzword. It’s the foundation of how we think, how we move and, ultimately, how we live.
If we’re being honest, what we see in our youth today didn’t just appear out of nowhere. It’s inherited. Not just through DNA, but through environment, habits and unspoken patterns. Previous generations passed down more than traditions — they passed down unresolved trauma, suppressed emotions, survival mindsets — what I call a mental gene.
Now, that mental gene has evolved. It’s louder. It’s more visible. In many cases, it’s more unstable because it was never properly addressed. What used to be hidden is now exposed. What used to be managed is now magnified.
