‘Turning Upside Down Of A System’: Watchdog Leader Says Disbarring Of Trump Lawyer More Insidious Than Democrats Admit

The California Supreme Court disbarred attorney John Eastman on April 15.

Eastman served as President Donald Trump’s lawyer on several legal challenges related to the 2020 election, and advised former Vice President Mike Pence on matters related to that election. Eastman also spoke before Trump at the “Save America” rally on Jan. 6, 2021. 

The California State Bar claims Eastman knowingly peddled unlawful strategies to overturn a legitimate election. The left-wing election litigation tracker, Democracy Docket, celebrated the disbarment, accusing Eastman of remaining “active in election denial circles” and “continuing to push conspiracy theories about voting and elections.” (RELATED: ‘Rather Despicable’: John Eastman Speaks Out After Bank Of America, USAA Shut Down His Accounts)
