‘Stupid, Self-Absorbed And Misogynistic’: Keith Olbermann Crashes Out About Team USA Hockey, President Trump Invite

Imagine being so miserable that you can’t even enjoy your country winning a gold medal … enter Keith Olbermann.

You, me and 330 million other Americans were in a state of absolute euphoria after the United States men’s hockey team brought home the gold after beating Canada, but left-wing lunatic Keith Olbermann, of course, found a reason to be angry about it.

In the immediate aftermath of the game, President Donald Trump shot over a phone call to the squad, issuing them a congratulations while they were celebrating in the locker room.

In the call, the president gave Team USA praise, ultimately inviting them to be in attendance at the State of the Union and to also pay a visit to The White House. (RELATED: USA Hockey Players Shut Down Reporter With Pure American Glory — And A Beer)

Trump also sent an invite to the women’s team as well, however, they declined citing conflicts in scheduling and other commitments.

Well, Olbermann happened to see this, and needless to say, he gave us one of his good ol’ fashioned crashouts blasting the men’s hockey team as “misogynistic.” And he did this because they didn’t decline Trump’s invite.

“It’s official: US Gold Winning Olympic Hockey team declined invitation to be political props for Trump at the SOTU tomorrow. The women, that is. The men are still too stupid, self-absorbed and misogynistic to realize that going, will stick to them permanently,” tweeted Olbermann.
