The morning rush has just begun. Vehicles hum past the busy road, commuters hurry to work, and the city slowly wakes up to another day. But in the middle of this rush, one small ritual unfolds on the road divider — a man stops his two-wheeler, lifts a bucket of water, and begins watering the plants that grow between the roads.

He does this every morning.
