PM-Kisan 20th Instalment: How Farmers Can Register & Complete e-KYC to Get Rs 2,000
Over 11 crore farmers in India benefit from the PM-Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana, receiving Rs 2,000 every few months directly into their bank accounts. However, to continue receiving these funds—especially for the upcoming 20th instalment — farmers must complete a mandatory e-KYC before the June 30 deadline.
What is the PM Kisan fund?
Launched by the Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare, the scheme provides Rs 6000 per year to eligible farmers in three equal instalments—Rs 2000 every four months. This is believed to offer crucial financial support to small and marginal farmers.
The 20th instalment of the scheme is set to be given to the beneficiaries by the end of this month. As per the government guidelines, e-KYC is mandatory to receive the grant so that the payment is directly made into the Aadhaar-seeded bank accounts.
