Nigella Lawson opens up on joining Bake Off and working with Paul Hollywood
Nigella Lawson has opened up about joining The Great British Bake Off and working alongside fellow judge Paul Hollywood.
The TV cook was revealed to be the new judge after Dame Prue Leith left the beloved Channel 4 programme earlier this month.
Nigella is the third judge to work alongside Paul, 59, after Dame Prue and Dame Mary Berry before her.
The 66-year-old has said she will leave the “technical” judging to her fellow judge and focus on the “eating".
Speaking during an appearance on ITV's This Morning, Nigella said: "I feel that I'm not someone who looks for fault.
"I look for pleasure as a basic. That is my basic – I wouldn’t say it's philosophy – my basic attitude in life.
"And I feel that Paul Hollywood is, you know, Mr Technical.
"I'm all about the eating. You know, if I see my job as eating, I feel it's not so, it's not too daunting. I can eat."
