Passwords, or passcodes or passphrases, are an absolute necessity of the online world, and for many people a confusing and irritating nuisance. However, with simple tips and organization, securing your internet accounts and avoiding a digital and personal disaster can be a painless process.
To prevent unauthorized access to your accounts you’ll need to create memorable passwords which are too complicated to guess. Luckily, this may be one of the easier parts of the passcode routine. You could use a memorable phrase with an alteration, such as “Mary had a little lamb with white wool” and then capitalize a few of the first letters, add a number and symbol, and get MhAllWww.
Or you could use a memorable six-digit PIN and add a couple of letters and a symbol.
The larger problem is that you must create a different uncrackable passcode for each of your accounts.
