The Lakefield Literary Festival presents Inspiring Hope: Book Launch and Bell Let’s Talk Day Event on Wednesday, Jan. 21 at 7 p.m.

The evening will feature a conversation with author and psychotherapist Kate Robson and Lakeland Public Health Chief Medical Officer Dr. Thomas Piggott. They will be exploring themes from Robson’s new book “Something to Hold Onto: Simple Metaphors, Images, and Practical Tools to transform Your Life” and discussing mental health, grief coping mechanisms, and practical tools to reframe our thinking during troubled times. The conversation will be moderated by international bestselling author Jennifer Robson, who is also the sister of Kate, and will include a question and answer period.
