16,000-page pylon document labelled 'invasive' over personal data inclusion
The document, published by the planning inspectorate, is labelled Book of Reference and includes the names, addresses, mortgage information and dates of deeds transferred of properties potentially impacted by the project.
The 15,769 pages of information also give a brief description of the land and any interested parties.
The planning inspectorate say its publication is not a breach, and data was submitted in compliance with the Infrastructure Planning Regulations Act and published under the Planning Act.
