Saiphin Moore, founder of Rosa’s Thai, has grown her childhood passion for cooking into a nationwide business, with one restaurant now operating in Norwich.

Her journey began on a farm in rural Thailand, where she started cooking at the age of seven and later sold homemade noodles from a small restaurant outside her home.

Ms Moore said: "I am not just a business person, I am also a farmer and I am also a cook.
