Norwich Magistrates’ Court was told a quantity of cash and mobile phones found to contain messages linked to drug supply were seized after a search warrant was executed by officers on January 6 last year.

Lownes, of Brandiston Road in Cawston, based between Reepham and Aylsham, pleaded guilty to five charges being concerned in supply and possession with intent to supply cocaine and cannabis.

He also admitted possession of MDMA.

Simon Jessop, prosecuting, said the cocaine seized was estimated to have a street value of £10,000 while the cannabis was said to be worth in excess of £6,500.

Magistrates committed him to be sentenced at Norwich Crown Court on June 22. The starting point is four and a half years in prison.

Bethanie Mantin, mitigating, said: “He fully admits and takes responsibility for the offences and understands what that means in terms of sentencing.”
